3. Booking and Payments

  • Booking Process: Clients must provide accurate information, including name, contact details, and any relevant logistical data, during booking.
  • Payment: Payment can be made online or in person. Full payment is required before the service commences unless otherwise agreed.
  • Cancellation Policy: Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours in advance may qualify for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.

4. Rental Terms

  • Rental Agreement: Clients renting neurofeedback systems must:
    • Follow the provided training and guidelines for proper use.
    • Keep the system in good condition and return it on the agreed date.
    • Assume responsibility for any loss or damage during the rental period.
  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required. This will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the rented equipment.
  • Support: Arbor LDN provides comprehensive training and ongoing support during the rental period. Clients can contact us for troubleshooting or additional guidance.

5. In-House and Mobile Sessions

  • In-House Sessions: Clients must arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
  • Mobile Sessions: Clients must provide accurate address details and ensure a suitable environment for the session.

6. Health and Safety

  • Arbor LDN’s neurofeedback systems are non-invasive and safe. However:
    • Clients should inform us of any medical conditions or concerns before using our services.
    • Arbor LDN is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must:
    • Use Arbor LDN services responsibly and adhere to all instructions.
    • Respect the terms of any rental or service agreement.
    • Refrain from unauthorized modification or misuse of rented equipment.
