Upon purchasing a package (4, 6, or 8 weeks), your session slots are reserved exclusively for you. This guarantees your continuity, consistency, and optimal results throughout the duration of the programme.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. You may reschedule a session under the following conditions:

• Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling any session.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session time will be counted as a used session.
• Rescheduling must take place within the package period, subject to availability.

You have the right to cancel your package within the conditions below:

Before Programme Start:

• 50% refund, or full credit toward a future programme.

After Programme Has Started:

• No refunds will be issued after the programme begins.

Our packages are designed to be completed within the chosen time frame for best results. We do not offer refunds for unused sessions due to:

• Client’s non-attendance
• Voluntary discontinuation
• Scheduling conflicts beyond our control

You may pause your programme once during its duration for a maximum of 7 days with a minimum 48 hours’ notice.

All cancellations or changes must be communicated via email or text message. Verbal cancellations or third-party messages cannot be accepted to protect both parties.
